The International Veterinary Proficiency Testing Centre provides proficiency testing programs to veterinary laboratories around the world.
To become a participant, please download and complete the order form and submit it according to the instructions provided.
Download Order FormThe format for the QC number is four alphanumeric characters (example: 9999 or 999A). If your QC number contains fewer than four characters, include leading zeros. Example: 22 → 0022
Please note that passwords are case-sensitive. If you know your QC Number but do not know your password, you can try resetting your password.
